Electronics & Communication Engineering is a modern and time-befitting subject. This is based on modern technology, so modern equipments and components as well as relevant books are essential to study this subject. ECE is able to provide all these facilities that are required. It has a seminar library and necessary labs (Electrical Technology, Electronics, Communication, Simulation, and Biomedical Engineering). It also has a club named ROUTER, which works on many kind of activities in related fields of electronics and communication. Besides this the university provides various facilities such as medical facilities, auditorium, residence, many kinds of cultural and co-curricular activities and multi-purpose sports grounds.

Electronics and Communication Engineering (ECE) is the study of principles and designs of electronics and communication systems. ECE Discipline under Science, Engineering and Technology School at Khulna University has opened its own distinct venue in 1997 for the first time in Bangladesh in order to give the students a holistic and pragmatic view of the latest scenario of the technology as well as grounding in the concept and theories that will shape the future of the industry. The Discipline offers a 4-year (8 Terms) undergraduate program leading to the degree of Bachelor of Science in Electronics and Communication Engineering, abbreviated as, B.Sc. Engg. (ECE) and a 1.5-year (3 Terms) postgraduate program leading to the degree of Master of Science in Electronics and Communication Engineering, abbreviated as, M.Sc. Engg. (ECE). The mission and vision of ECE discipline is to produce skilled professionals so that they can play a vital role in the development of Bangladesh as well as the entire world.
